Returns & Refund

We have a 7-day replacement/return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or return.


To be eligible for a replacement or return you must share an unboxing video, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT OR RETURN

We only accept returns if the product you received:

  • Is in a damaged condition
  • Is missing parts
  • Is a different product than the one you ordered

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Once the refund is processed it will be back to source 5-7 days

Payment refund by Google Pay, Paytm, Phone Pay, & Bank Transfer. We are not providing cash back.

Damages and issues
Please make a video of unpacking your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
